MISSING IN PHNOM PENH
My friend's Dad has gone missing in Phnom Penh. His mental health has been suffering and he hasn't been seen since he left his hotel yesterday morning. He isn't Khmer. Surely they can't lockdown here? A country where so many people live day-to-day. People can't afford to stock up on food for that long, 80% of the population lives in the countryside and live off the land. If the do a European style lockdown starvation will be the biggest issue here- not covid19.
