Re: Solar electric fence

What kind of creature are you trying to keep in or out? The West side of Monivong from 217 down to 182 has a couple of dozen of electrical hardware stores more or less next to each other. As always, save some photos of what you want on your phone to make it easier to explain what you want. If no luc...

Re: Cameron visit to the U.S.

He's trying to persuade him to tell the Republicans to stop fucking with the $60B aid for Ukraine to buy...

Re: Who is the heir...

Will HE allow the next ruler to actually have his or her own power base to challenge HE? Unlike the current king whom you have chosen to defame (which is a criminal offense in Cambodia - be aware of this if you really want to retire there), you don't seem to understand his role in a constitutional ...

Re: Who is the heir...

According to Wiki... The king is elected for life by the Royal Council of the Throne, which consists of several senior political and religious figures. Candidates are chosen from among male descendants of King Ang Duong who are at least 30 years old, from the two royal houses of Cambodia (the House ...

Re: What is the benefit of living in Cambodia, instead of Thailand or Vietnam?

I would love to know because I am struggling to see it. Against Thailand and Vietnam there is: - poorer healthcare system - higher corruption - out of control development that would make even Vietnam blush - less diversity in things to do and see - worse driving - the expats (this is not ALL, but m...

Re: Used Book stores

D's still opens as a pop-up on occasion, she posts details on her Facebook page, unfortunately she can't afford to operate a dedicated full time 2nd hand bookstore, and was recently trying to fundraise so she could reopen. Damn shame there's no dedicated 2nd hand bookstores left in PP 😥 I used to b...

Re: Happy Friday @CEOPeople

In the UK, people and newspapers would use Fahrenheit to talk about hot temperatures (it's in the 90's today) but always use Celcius to talk about cold temperatures (it will be below zero) I'm from the UK and I've never heard anyone use Fahrenheit... maybe an age thing... I'm 33 so very possibly......
