Following on from this discussion... yesterday I inadvertently dialled the wrong code for a data balance check & my Smart XtraLong Plan was immediately switched to the Smart Laor! 1.5 Plan. Went into a Smart store here in SR & was told I can't switch back to XtraLong & must stick with on...

Probably a compliance matter. Cambodian banking is rarely off the 'grey list' of international regulators OECD & their CRS, FATCA obligations, etc, so there's probably governance pressure to exit ABA.
