With regards to the increase in effectiveness that Chile is reporting, they have been doing small scale (several hundred participants) studies. I think part of the problem with "Conspiracy Theorists" with regards COVID is the fact that as a virus... it ain't that deadly. Yes, I know it has killed millions but as a percentage of the total infected it is a relatively small amount. Now, imagine if it killed 30 or 40 ... or even 60% ...

Some of the higher ups also likely have vested financial interests in sim factories, so doubtful they want to shut them down. What's funny (not) is that they didn't prioritize then for vaccination. Construction has pretty much stopped. Sure, workers are still on site but barely any materials coming...
