Can Cambodians extend the current Thai 45 day visa exemption on arrival for an additional 30 days? I recall they couldn't extend the 2 week visa although I maybe wrong. Aside it seems they'll extend the temporary 45 day visa exemption which is due to end at the end of the month to year end...

Forgot to pay my bill as I'm overseas and my credit had run down. What's the procedure and cost to get them to reconnect the supply? I've already paid the bill via ABA.

The test has nothing to do with your ability to drive. You won't get out of first gear. You are not allowed to pay to practice in the manual car only automatic.
