Conjunctivitis
Just woke up with red eye, it started last night, very bad timing as I'm due to go to Siem Reap tomorrow by bus.
Is there a standard treatment here that the pharmacists will dispense, or should I make my way to a hospital?
If hospital, which one?
TIA.

Visa agents in Siem Reap?
Hi,
Any recommendations for decent visa agents in Siem Reap, other than Consultancy Cambodia?
Not getting the answers from them (they are highly recommended, not saying anything bad about them), but I just want to get some other opinions.
TIA.

Re: Experienced logistics company needed for bringing goods in via Poipet?
A cross-border "agent" that I have been using intermittently at Aranyaprathet/Poipet for a number of year now is Mr CHEA THY. Goods from Bangkok are delivered to his "warehouse" on the Thai side against receipted bill of lading/packing list etc and he transports across the borde...

Re: Experienced logistics company needed for bringing goods in via Poipet?
Hi Richard, It will be a regular thing. We have a company operating in Thailand and would like to bring the goods into Cambodia to sell, but they are too bulky for a car, they will need to be on a truck of some sort as the longest box is nearly 3m in length. I'm guessing there are companies that spe...

Re: Blood Thinners?
This one has a massive range of stuff but is always super busy - to get served you need to just push to the front of the counter and give them a piece a paper with what you want on it (or a note on your phone). https://www.google.co.th/maps/place/Chan+Penh+Vong+Pharmacy/@11.5555141,104.9121646,21z/d...

Is the Thai (5 year) drivers license valid for renting cars long term here and will it cover you if you have a crash?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Cash and carry Makro ready for business in Phnom Penh
Gonna bring this one back from the dead... Earlier in the thread a poster said that they just walked in and shopped without needing a card, is that still the deal there? In Thailand you ask for a day pass and they give you a little scannable laminated card that you hand to the cashier before she rin...

Re: Cellcard vs Metfone for data - which is faster?
Interesting - thanks for this.aroimakmak wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2019 7:58 pm I have Cellcard and Metfone in my dual sim phone. While I find Cellcard around Phnom Penh is the fastest in most places, and often much faster, Metfone is better from my apartment. Might be worth trying both and picking a winner.
