This is true for everything in life, which is why a few people in the know are always able to take advantage.

It would be nice to know the details, like blackjack rules for example, or whether food and drinks are comped as they are in the UK.

Jinbei and Beijing are actually different characters
Jin bei - 金贝 means golden shell
Beijing - 北京 means Northern capital

I had heard that the owners were from Shenyang. Maybe somebody else could confirm?
