Re: Your Hotel of choice when staying in Phnom Penh?
I like home chic hotel. Nice pool, good breakfast, nice rooms, and walking distance to some nice restaurants in BKK1. A short tuk tuk ride to most places too.

Re: More Chinese Takeover in Sihanoukville
Thanks for posting the photos Jamie. It is hard to believe how bad it really is ,if you don't see for yourself. What you don't see is all the dust in the air. Air and water pollution is terrible. On a positive side, Sihanoukville can go no lower than it is now, so things can only get better. :mrgre...

I worked for a malaysian company in shv who had online gambling as their main venture (along with a few other businesses). I just asked an ex colleague about this - they are still operating as usual. will be interesting to see what happens.

Nobody needs to visit immigration when not extending a visa, and nobody needs to extend a visa if crossing a border every 3 months instead. It's just the old idiots who pretend to be good guys by following a stupid law who have problems...

Re: Going to the gym
I'd say diet is one thing you need to look at. Most people consume waay more calories than they think. I train 4-5 days a week (muay thai/boxing) and honestly the thing that keeps me at a healthy weight is mostly diet. alcohol once or twice a week in moderation, espresso coffees (no sugar) eating ba...
