Roomchang have a kid's dental specialist - we saw him with our then 8 yo son just prior to the CV rearrangements.

He was very good, and had pretty decent English too.

Just looking at some old stuff, orthopaedic surgeon Professor Ou Cheng Ngiep at Chenda Polyclinic did some work on family members a few years back.
