As long as you have phone reception it will work. I got one from Khmer GPS on Norodom last year. It was very accurate, and would send location info if the bike was moved with the engine turned off. His name is Scandinavian. His debit card is from a Norwegian bank. He could be Swedish, that could explain the Swiss/Swedish confusion.

But you need to charge it? Sounds counterproductive. How long does the battery last? I would have thought that they would need to be hooked up to the bike's electrical system. I got mine fitted at Khmer GPS on Norodom. It costs 70$, installation included. It's a Chinese GPS tracker, probably worth a few dollars, but it worked surprisingly well.
