American's List Of Observations About England

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

I see a redneck as guy from the South (US), on his rural patch of land (forest), holding a rifle ready to blow your head off for trespassing.

The Aussie bogan, on the other hand, has hid head stuck under the bonnet (hood) of his EH Holden, saying, "Cn ya passus tht f'kinteeny[/b] there c*nt".

Never heard the term Bogan.

Vlad: Your from Andorra? You mean your mother is the old witch on Bewitched?

Down in the Louisiana and Mississippi area there are a grouping of people called "Coon-Ass's." Its not a derogatory name to most Cajun's as that is what a lot of them call themselves, but some Cajuns don't like outsiders calling them that.

The term Bogan refers to a river in western New South Wales which is south of Lightning Ridge.
People from the western side of this river are called Bogans. Most Aussies don't even know this.

Sorry, I meant Andalusia.

And leave Samantha Eggar alone, I was in love with her when I was 10.

Australia has a brand of cheese called Coon. Outraged Righteous SJWs have tried a number of times to have the name banned, but it's a family name, and therefore not considered racist when used in the correct context. Just my 100r-worth for the day.
