Cambodian Army Shot by Thai Army for illegally Entering
A Cambodian army shot to death by Thai army while he entered the country illegally to smuggle motorbike and vehicle to sell in Cambodia
Pailin: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, a Cambodian was shot to death and transported to Cambodia via Prom border crossing located in Phsar prom village, Steng Kach commune, Sala Kraov district.
According to the source, the victim entered Thailand illegally to smuggle motorbike, vehicle and timber to sell in Pailin province, and then he was shot in the heat by Thai army which left him dead at the scene. The shooting took place in the evening on 2 September 2015 located in Chanbori province, Thailand border with Pailin, Cambodia.
On 03 September 2015 the Cambodian army contacted Thai Army to bring the dead body back home for funeral.

So number of motorbike with no tax paper will be decreasing. I have no empathy for people who commit crime especially those who exactly know the consequences of what they are doing.
