A Chinese woman was dumped by anonymous in a rice field

Svay Rieng: According to CEN News, A half-naked Chinese woman was brought by a group of anonymous and then she was dumped in a rice field around 10:00 pm on 20 September 2015 located in Deoum Por village, Svay Tayeang commune, Kampong Ro district, Svay Rieng province.

Police said, after the villagers reported that there was a woman was dumped in a rice field by a group of anonymous, police went to the scene. As a result, there was a Chinese woman approximately 60 years old was lying on the group half-naked. She was speaking Chinese and it seemed like she had mental problem. She had a bruise on her right arm and her left arm couldn’t move at all.

The witnesses said, around 10:00 pm, they saw a car, but not sure where was the car coming from. The car stopped at a rice field and dumped the Chinese woman there and drove away. After that the Chinese woman screamed and they went to see. As a result, they saw a half-naked Chinese woman who was talking alone. As it was raining, so people brought a mosquito net and raincoat to cover her. Later on, she was taken to police station in Tayeang commune.

It says she was dumped at 10pm, not that the photo was taken at 10pm.

Probably the usual Khmer "don't give a shit" attitude and nobody called the press until the next day.
