Or then again it might:
So, to be on the safe side, empty your bank accounts and sell your possessions... My acount n° is **** **** ****
Bless you all. That will give you enough points to get into heaven.
PS: I also accept any good bottles of wine that you have not had time to drink before September 28.

Minority Christian groups have predicted the world will end later this month – when they say a ‘blood moon’ will bring about an apocalyptic meteor strike.
Scientists say a ‘blood moon’ will occur on September 28, when the moon passes into the shadow of the earth cast by the Sun (a lunar eclipse) and appears dim and reddish.
Some religious leaders believe that because this is the fourth consecutive lunar eclipse since April 2014, it is part of a "tertrad" - which foretells a meteorite destroying earth and the end of time...

Would not a solar storm like the Carrington event of 1859 be more likely and thus more worrisome? Telegraph systems all over Europe and North America were destroyed back then; what would the damage be today?
Countermeasures for an electromagnetic pulse are not up to par even in the developed world for the common man. With so much dependence on electrical infrastructure today wouldn’t a similar event realistically throw us into the Dark Ages.
How many of us have the knowledge or skills to survive a SHTF or walking dead scenario?
Forget about the blood and guts routine, can any of us even do a load of laundry in a medieval setting?
Petroleum by-products such as benzenes are needed for everything from detergents to simple medications. Even if jessy and joon wanted to make us sandwiches, who of us could realistically produce or provide the ingredients to make one?
Are we all fatalists here or do some of us have an actual contigency plan in the back of our minds? Any one with survivalist skills here?
Hope for the best but plan for the worst?
BTW, on July 23, 2012 a "Carrington-class" Solar Superstorm was observed; its trajectory missed Earth in orbit. Information about these observations was first shared publicly by NASA on April 28, 2014. Two years later!!!!![1][2]
