I think that Sir is a common word for seller
Re: 2009 URAL Tourist IMZ 750
24 years ago I actually met the guy who started importing the Ural from Russia. I was at a Harley dealership in the US picking up my new Harley for my 5 month Singapore to Thailand trip. He said that he was doing business in Russia and saw lots of vintage BMWs. He asked about them and found out that there is a factory in Russia making new ones.
It turns out that when Russia invaded Germany in WWII they liberated a BMW motorcycle factory and took it back a set up a factory by the Ural mtn. He said at least 30% of the production machines were original German machines. He said to import the bikes and be more reliable he had to change to better parts like piston rings, carb parts, etc.
About 10 years later I met a guy in the US who not only owned/rode a Ural with a sidecar, but also owned/flew an Antonov An-2 biplane (google that one)

I want it, maybe next year. I saw one like it (or the same ) in SNVL last year. Never rode it, but it's quite sexy I thought.
Good luck OP.
