A Swiss Man arrested a Cambodian woman and handed her to the police for stealing his phone.

Phnom Penh: A Swiss man managed to catch a Cambodian woman and handed her to the police after he watched the video from the security camera and clearly saw her stealing his phone and then fled the scene.

According to Kampuchea Thmey News, this event happened around 4:45 pm on 31 August 2015 at a Swiss Restaurant located in GSM, Phsar Thmey III, Daun Penh district.

Police confirmed that the suspect name Sear Ngent, female, 25 years old and the victim name Kieis Daniel Patrick, Swiss, 46 years old, and the owner of a guest house in Kep province. He was staying in Chey Chum Nas hotel located in Daun Penh district.

Police added, the foreigner and his girlfriend left the hotel and went to have meal at a Swiss restaurant. He left his phone on the table and was talking to people . So, he wasn’t really pay attention to his phone then someone stole his phone and left. Then, he asked the owner of the restaurant to view the video on the security camera and he clearly saw the face of the person who took his phone. After that he was looking for her and finally managed to arrest her and handed her to the police.

I love the Cambodian mugshots where whatever is involved needs to be photographed with, in this case, not sure why they only did the sim card and not the actual phone lol.

Ahhh, this old Walkabout whore. She must be roaming that street for at least 2 decades now. She has always been bad news. Stole like crazy in the Walkabout and sold it to the guards outside.
