Police arrested two snatched who failed to snatch necklace from a foreigner

Phnom Penh: According to Dap News, on 26, August, 2015, police arrested two suspects after they failed to snatch necklace from a foreigner. It happened at house number 95EO, street 148, group 48, Phsar Kandal II commune, Daun Penh district.

Police confirmed that the first suspect name Yeoum Phearum, male, 22 years old, occupation (unspecified), living in house number 88, Phsar Kandal II, Daun Penh and the second suspect name Ma Puthearith, male, 18 years old, student at Preah Sisowat high school, living in house number 107 Eo, Beoung Rang, Daun Penh.

Police stressed that, patrolling police saw them snatching necklace from the victim and chased them after they failed snatching. Police arrested them and sent to police station.
