is there such thing as an expat who isnt fat and or balding?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I'm going to have to address my expanding waistline without further delay, 78kgs is the heaviest I've ever been and I can feel it. If I could somehow move the excess from my stomach down to my legs I'd be okay. :dm:

Yeah I'm 6 foot so traditionally skinny all my life but I've couch potatoed this last 3 months on a UK regular 3 meals a day diet, as opposed to my lighter and somewhat erratic Asian eating pattern and added about 6kgs all on the stomach. It's not a look I'm used to, my previously high metabolism seems to be slowing down rapidly. I guess being chased by a rabid pack of feral thai mongrels on a beach run every morning might do the trick. :D

It works for me. Here's proof from my photo shoot, by a famous Cambodian women's magazine, [ I'll be cover page ] getting ready for my up and coming fight against Jamie Lambo, 10 rounds.

Honestly Chicken wouldn't surprise me. My best friend just had a company medical and he was classified as obese. Now there is no way I would consider him anything verging on overweight, he's a regular looking size. If that's the case then a sizeable proportion of people I'm seeing walking the streets of the UK are off the scale.
