Gino, Belgian, Owner of Bundy Bar Busted for Overstaying

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

TBH, i am not really happy having khmer citizenship as to the fact that i can't really go just anywhere in the world which is really sad.
Don't need to be sad. Believe me, no place's like home.

Hehe... 99.9 % of mix kids are not Cambodians if their mothers or fathers are Cambodians.

Yes.

BDS has mentioned that he has Cambodian Citizenship, maybe he could answer some questions about gaining Cambodian citizenship and the benefits of having it.

You can legally purchase land without being a Cambodian citizen; there are at least 5 ways to do that. The "no foreign ownership" part of the law has so many loopholes that you could drive a bus through them. Anyone ponying up $50,000 to get a passport to buy land, has serious mental issues...

Right, do you know the director of Cambodian Children Fund, Scott Neeson, he actually owns a bunch of lands in Kampot, Kampong Cham and probably in Phnom Penh as well. I am not sure if he has Cambodian citizenship or not.
