Phnom Penh: Snatcher managed to snatch the bag from foreigner but didn't manage to flee

Phnom Penh: the lieutenant Chhim Sy said, on 4 August 2015 around 9:30 am along the beton street in front of Chamkar Doung agriculture school located in khva village, Dangkor commune, Dangkor district, Phnom Penh, a foreigner had his bag snatched, however the police managed to catch the snatcher.

The victim name Marco, male, Italian, businessman. He is staying at TEA HOUSE located in Beoung Prolet commune, Daun Penh district.

The suspect name Sam Thol, male, 27 years old, unemployed. He is living near Deoum Kor market.

LoL, I love how they always make the criminals hold everything related to the case, including knives, guns, all the shit they stole even if they can barley hold it all. I swear I've seen dog snatchers have to pose with the damn dog, LoL.
