Rasta/Witch On 110

Rasta/Witch On 110

An odd sight the other day over by Larry's - a black as coal (from dirt mostly), 5' tall, rasta-looking-man, with a huge dread, wearing only a tiny pecker-pouch. I thought he was just a particularly grubby urban outdoorsman, but the Khmer I was with informed me that he was a witch. I've never seen him in the 'hood' before. Have any of you ?

Oh dear, if you see a witch - you're doomed to die... never seen him, will now walk down 110 with my eyes closed. Which will surely be completely safe with the capital's excellent standards of driving, parking, etc.

you can usually see them walking from town to town.
We have one in the south, walking from kampot/veal rean/ream/SHV and back. He has bamboo back pack/antennas apparatus, I guess to communicate with spirits or aliens ? He used to sleep from time to time on my land and left his beacon there a while ago.

Seen several over the years. They are called 'Khru Khmer'. They usually collect wild herbs, bark, etc. from the forests and bring them to civilization to sell.
They are like natural healers. Witch/warlock is definitely not the right word.
