Bullets is nuffink compared to a reef with twenty tons of angry water following you.

I never surfed anything this big, 15 ft is terrifying on a reef, a 2 meter wave can kill you easily

Worst injury I had surfing was when I slipped on take off and the skeg gouged my arm above the elbow, right on the vein...luckily the hospital was less than a km away, internal stitches and 8 external, back in the water 2 days later, LOL. Youth and stupidity.

A buddy lost a testicle the same way.
