The navy general who slapped his daughter's english teacher in SHV for petty children name calling reasons a few years back, did a couple of month in the slam and saw his career put on hold since as he lost the office he was in charge of.

I think we should consider the possibility that he told the truth before about working for the Council of Ministers and he's lying now. I can't find any evidence that this NGO exists.

See, this sort of thing is why we need an NGO Law to regulate them and keep them all locked up.
