The foreigner was mad with other driver who hit his car then didn’t stop and was trying to flee the scene, so he got out of his car and went to smash other car frontal mirror with his hand.

According to DAP news correspondent report, last night around 10:30 pm on 10 July 2015, there was a shocked event happened along Sisowath Quay in front of Tonle Sap restaurant located in Wat Phnom commune, Daun Penh district. There was a Camry car with three people in it with number plate Phnom Penh 2M-0593 hit a black Mercedes with number plate Phnom Penh 2H-2959 driven by a foreigner accompanied by a woman.

Witnesses said, Camry car driver didn’t stop and was trying to flee after he hit the foreigner’s car, even though the foreigner got out his car and tried to stop the car from trying to escape. However, he was still trying to make his way which really pissed the foreigner off, so he smashed the Camry car’s frontal mirror with his hand.

After he (foreigner) smashed the car frontal mirror, he still remained at the scene waiting the police to come to intervene.





According to the video, the khmer guy said he stopped the car and told the foreigner that he would pay all the damages, however he still came to smash my car frontal mirror. Interestingly the bystander said, he (Cambodian) was trying to flee the scene after he hit the foreigner car. So foreigner stopped his car and went to smash the Cambodian car frontal mirror. He (bystander) stressed nowadays foreigners are brave and strong (បរទេសឥឡូវខ្លាំងដែរតើ)។
