As title,

1 bedroom unfurnished apartment almost on the corner of 136 and 19.

Large bedroom with aircon.

Large living area with ceiling fan.

Long and narrow kitchen at back.

Small bathroom.

5m balcony facing street 19.

$100pm. Usually I lease this at $150pm, but it needs a cleaner to come in and a few add jobs done that I do not have time for, so now just $100pm.

One month security deposit required. No hard drug users.

Its still available. One person looked, but the bathroom ceiling was too low for him.
