Night Market is between Streets 106 & 108. Fish is the restaurant on the corner of St. 108/SIsowath.

OP: I have no idea.

I didn't think it was a news worthy story but here goes.

If we are talking about the same accident aprox 6.15 pm it was riverside and st 110 intersection.
Car hit a moto with one cambodian on it and did not stop. Moto driver ended up with broken leg . Ambo arrives and takes man away, but before he goes and the police arrive,,, a tuk-tuk driver asks him if he wants him to take motorbike to his home . Answer NO.
Police take motorbike to their depot in street 5 to await collection and tea money at a later date.

It just so happened at the time the tuk-tuk driver, who I know was asking me if he could borrow money for a liter of gas so he could get home. I gave him $2.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
