Eckreach book centre - EBC - has loads of art and craft gear.
Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.

Nope. Only stuff for kids.

No dry-cake watercolours.
Only one set of liquid paints that say they are watercolours but really look like poster paints.
And some expensive German watercolour pencils, which are not a substitute for true watercolour anyway.

Looks like one has to go to PP.

There's something terrible wrong with the IBC at Aeon Mall. When we went there the staff greeted us in a friendly manner and asked if they could help in any way, even smiling nicely and wishing us a nice day as we left. What's up with that?

Total desperation due to having no customers? As for art supplies in Sihanoukville, give it another decade or two - otherwise just put up with the available piss-artist supplies. 8)

Shit! So if you basically have a hobby, you’re force to carry-in or import all your paraphernalia and accessories?
Or try to survive another decade? Definitely might not make another decade… :unknown:

I have a feeling you should probably say "we deliver" rather than "they deliver," but what do I know?
"Life is too important to take seriously."

"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Actually maybe you should have researched supplies for your hobby before you moved. Amazon prime can deliver here. alternatively you can order on libne fro Thailand and have it sent by post or take a trip to bkk where they have arts supplies shops in bigger Robinsons which even have plastic model kits, dolls house furniture paints and so on. buy a box and sent it back ems
