Anyone use 3rd party launchers? If so, what do you recommend and why?

Nova launcher. Full featured, regularly updated to provide latest Android OS gestures, animations and such. Pretty essential.

Great, thanks. I'll check it out! So far I've tried solo launcher and action launcher 3. Not sure what I think.

Plus my parents and gf have an iPhone and they specifically have it because of the easy, no-brain'er, FaceTime/iMessage integration. Trying to get my parents to use anything else would be like teaching Rose Bar girl good manners.
Duly noted re parents but seriously FaceTime and imessage only advantage is they are built in. It's not difficult to get the same functionality on Android with Hangouts/Viber/Whatever.
Ya I know you can, it's easy for us, not for everybody.

Yep. It's top notch.

I installed and setup the Nova launcher. Is it worth paying for the pro version?
