I will be looking for a gym shortly, either near my home (russian market) or near my work (sihanouk+monivong).

Back when I was a gym rat I would take N.O. Xplode supplement which was awesome (http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/bsn-no-x ... rength.htm). Anywhere they sell supplements like that?

Try out the 2000 riel local gyms. Even if you just do it once, it is worth it for the experience. There is one two blocks north of Toul Sleng. I found it by going two blocks up, turning west, and pantomiming a bicep curl for several older men sitting in the shade. They pointed west and the club was nearby.
