Anyone know of a shop that sells these ceramic filters? I heard Orrussey sell them but would rather go to a shop in town than walk around inside a market. Thanks

I only bought this thing because fuck carrying water bottles up the stairs every time my 20 liters runs out, I'm bored of doing that for 11 years now, and drinking straight out of the tap here isn't quite my thing yet.

Simple solution would be to have 2 or even 3 , large 20 litre bottles. Pay someone to carry them up .

Try this trick to see just how good your filter is.,,,, buy some food colouring, dont worry it's not poisonous or they would not put it in ice cream, drinks and everything else., Put a few drops in the water until there is a distinct colouring of the water and see if the filter removes it.

Let us know what the results are.
