i just had my honda wave seat replaced here in Phuket
220 baht $6.50

Depends if you want cheap foam and decent "leather" or not.

In the "East", I paid $45 ish for a full length Japanese Cub seat (not the two part deal), but it's a factory Honda part. In Cambodia I think the full length seat at an upholstery shop was 30,000 riel but it wasn't nearly as nice. A two part seat (some Waves have two parts) are $4 and $3 ish front and back respectively.

I had it done close to the Russian Market, for a Super Cub: $3, about 1.5 year ago.

note, my only had the cover replaced, foam was fne
