There definitely is a bigger police presence, but if they aren't at that specific intersection - nobody is stopping. I want you to be right, but you're not - yet anyway. I'm all for the crack down. I don't care if I get pulled over 4X a day if he can get folks to obey some basic traffic laws.

My statement was assuming everybody gets pulled over & I have been pulled over 4X in a day in a matter of 2 hrs at 4 different locations.
