Google Street View has fully mapped Angkor Wat

Now you can explore the temples from your own home anywhere in the world. Pretty damn amazing really. Not as majestic as actually standing in them, for sure, but still incredible. Especially if you see it as a marketing strategy for tourism in the area... letting people see them online and then make them REALLY want to see them in person.

Wow... not just the main temple... several of them! So cool.

Imagine this merged with an oculus rift! You could have a virtual tour company!

I've only had one person try the Rift so far and not be physically affected by it.
