Dr Beat Richner Upset with High Ranking Government Official

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

He's claimed for years that the UN is involved in an ongoing "genocide" against Cambodian children. No doubt something is happening here, but probably need to dial the shrieking down several notches to get at something like the reality of the situation.
The guy is incredible and has run a free childrens hospital in Cambodia for years now. So what is it exactly your criticizing him for? I hope it's not about that he can't do his job right  Lets hope they don't bang him up like they did the Snake anti-venom guy (after he saved the kings son)but it wouldn't surprise if they did.

Lucky ones would probably end up in KB, but he definitely has an agenda, so it's not like we should take his statistics as gospel. As others have said, it's hard to know who to believe.
Where would you take your sick kid in Cambodia? That should answer your question. and you have some spare cash.
Our poor family was lucky to have this hospital. Not only my brother , but many children in Cambodia were saved by this hospital. We believe that most of deases are cured if we go to the hospital because the quality of the medicines, skillful and conscious of the doctor. If we want to our kids to be cured, we have to get up too early to wait for getting number. Many parents back home with their children and smile again.
