SUV with Government Plates Hits Another Foreigner on a Bike

Phnom Penh, Cambodia: An SUV with Government plates has hit another foreigner riding his bicycle.

The driver, presumably a government official, hit him and trying to drive off, but the foreigner was able to reach through the driver's window and grab him by the neck.

No charges have been filed.

Obviously the driver stopped at the intersection for the red light, then saw the green bike and thought that's the GO signal.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
