Time to bring back Bernard Trink.

That's true. He used to have heaps of stuff on there, but stopped updating it years ago.phuketrichard wrote:i think he will go back to teaching in New Zealand as no go go's there

the nightlife was NOT the whole website
guess he has not gotten around to updating yet.
Some basic information about this site, from how it began, what it turned in to and why it will end in 2015!

Yes he's in his 80's now. Was sat at a bar in Pattaya years ago when he came in with his faithful wife who i think always used to accompany him on his rounds. Looked pretty funny because his trousers were held up by braces and were almost half way up his chest, even in the fashion challenged metropolis that is Pattaya his look was somewhat unique.sigmoid wrote:Time to bring back Bernard Trink.

Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.

If anyone is interested in perusing Trink's old columns from 1996 - 2003, have a look at this:
http://www.oocities.org/doxyblue/alltrink.html
Although, it may appear that the site is defunct, many of the links are active. Scroll down for the archive and read about straphangers, demimondaines, brylcreem, the price of spam at Foodland vs. Villa, caravansaries, saloonkeeps, dramshops, etc

Thanks for the link. If Stick's recent column s are any indication of what's to come, I've read my last.
