Vietnamese man got hit for not paying money after the ride

A Vietnamese guy didn’t pay after riding the motordop, when the driver asked for the money, he grabbed a stick to fight the driver, but he fought back and hit him bloody on the head.

Phnom Penh: A Vietnamese guy has riding the motordop from somewhere, when it arrived Beoung Salang traffic light on street 336, he asked the driver to stop. Then he got off the motorbike and walked away without paying. So, the driver chased him and asked for money. After that they argued with each other. The Vietnamese guy grabbed a stick to fight the driver while he had an iron stick in hand. So he fought back. As a result, the Vietnamese guy got injured on the head and later he was brought home by his wife while the driver fled the scene immediately after the fighting.

According to the witnesses, “the incident caused by the Vietnamese guy for not paying the money”.

Sounds highly suspicious to me. Yet again, no real info to go on. Can we not sack the reporter and higher someone with a better idea of what a story should contain. Lol

Indeed, from this report we have no idea who was at fault, I would assume if the driver ran away, he's not 100% sure of his demand being reasonable.

There was probably a dispute about money or directions or something we're not being told. The story as told lacks motive.
