It is not malicious or done with ill intent just a little well meaning Northern humour. Although Joon never bothered to reply to my PM regarding training resources, so maybe you are rightfrank lee bent wrote:You are next Ed.

The English don't have humor... so we know this is clearly a farce.EdinWigan wrote:It is not malicious or done with ill intent just a little well meaning Northern humour. How very dare you ! The English have some of the best humour in the world. It is not our fault if it is too subtle for you over the pond to understand.OrangeDragon wrote:The English don't have humor... so we know this is clearly a farce.EdinWigan wrote:It is not malicious or done with ill intent just a little well meaning Northern humour. Time and again we create classics like Are you being served, Ab Fab, Birds of a Feather, The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, Faulty Towers (ffs) Little Britain, Porridge, Till Dead do us Part, etc... but to be sent over to you, they need to be stripped down, dumbed down and reduced to something on a par with the Muppet's if you lot are to understand them.
Although, I must admit we have little to rival the comic genius that is George W Bush, if only he knew how funny he is. A total natural.

Just because we're laughing at you doesn't mean it's comedy...EdinWigan wrote:How very dare you ! Honestly LL I'm trying to get rid of the K440 feeling. I got thrown off the show for pulling everyone's pants and knickers down and exposing their true selves. Now I just get to watch it all on K440 TV. Carry on, but please do it over there. As far as posting history etc I am a firm fan. Just make sure of your facts such as British involvement in continued KR support after the DK, and the historical and present price of potatoes. Although, be warned; any truth about potatoes and their pricing you show, could very well effect your credit rating on another forum.Getting on for 5 years now, but I don't stay in one place for longer than 1 and a half years...
I gather maths isn't one of your strong points then?

Those weren't facts that you tried to point out about SAS training the "Khmer Rouge", at least they have never been substantiated. While it seems certain that British servicemen trained the ANS and KPNLF, there is nothing solid to support the allegation that they trained the NADK. I'd be happy to find some solid information that points otherwise, but none seems to have come to light so far. I'm quite aware that the British Army and secret services have been involved in some nasty shit over the years - for example the MRF, SRU, FRU etc.
It makes me laugh that you have so much faith in the British government though.
