I think if you use a chain like U-Care, it is more likely you'll get real medicine. There are so many pharmacies in Phnom Penh, it's really difficult to know anything about the quality unless you already know the pharmacist. But even if you already know the pharmacist, I feel like even completely honest small independent shops are more likely to get tricked into buying this fake medicine than a place like U-Care, which likely has a consistent supply line with reputable companies.
