WOW !!! what a surprise, but honestly Western prosecutors could hire them to act as a lawyer for the people they accuse groundlessly in order to make sure that they receive a guaranteed 100 years in jail. A real gap in the market.
He's got some balls to even say that. No point and even having a lawyer to rep you.
Reminds me of a Lawyer I Know....
You're a nobody in the gutter with a Smartphone in your a hand.

I have no idea about Judicial System in Cambodia. What i do know is that if you have money you will win. Lol.
បើសិនធ្វើចេះ ចេះឲ្យគេកោត បើសិនធ្វើឆោត ឆោតឲ្យគេអាណិត។
If you know a lot, know enough to make them respect you, if you are stupid, be stupid enough so they can pity you.

Re: Bar Association Says Foreign Lawyers are Working Illegal
I vaguely remember being told by some fool that 'everyone should follow the law' when teachers were complaining about the back-payments. Their reasoning that the back-payments were obviously part of a scam was met with derision and they were told to pay up, even though those laughing at them knew that the practise was a scam.
So, we have a law (work-permits) backing up a scam (back-payments going into private pockets).
And we have a law (about licensing) backed up by a scam (the 'ahem' exam interview)
Can any person explain the difference to the teacher's situation and the lawyers' situation?
I think it's almost identical, bar the price (yes, a pun).
Don't get me wrong, I despise the corruption in both
I have also heard from an extremely high-ranking official (whose name I cannot reveal, because then I'd be bragging ), that foreign accountants may be next...
