The owner of Slur Bar (st 172) is relocating to France and wants to sell his business:
-6 years left on contract
-1 year at $2000/month then 5 years at $2500/month
-Turnover of approximately $140k in 2014
-All equipments and stock are included (Tv, sound system, furniture, fridge...)
-Selling at $65000 (inc. $12000 deposit)

Slur Bar had a good run, but that location has a history of short-lived businesses.
