Grilled cheese lovers have more sex

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

Grilled cheese lovers have more sex

Post by Anchor Moy »

People are actually paid for researching this. Another one of those silly studies:
http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style ... 64196.html

Apparently in lieu of something better to study, a team of researchers have looked into the relationships between grilled cheese sandwich consumption and people's sex lives.

4,600 people were surveyed by dating site Skout, which found that 73% of grilled cheese lovers have sex at least once a month, compared with 63% for those who aren't into that delicious mess of bread and cheese.

32% of grilled cheese eaters have sex at least six times a month meanwhile, compared with 27% for the grilled cheese-less.

I always question respondents' honesty when it comes to their sex lives, but if you're willing to join me in not pissing on the parade we can now assume that people who eat grilled cheeses are generally very gregarious, sexual beings.

Perhaps more interesting was the study's section on cheeses used in the sandwiches.

American was favoured by 41%, followed by cheddar (33%), mozzarella (10%), Swiss (8%), provolone (6%) and brie (2%, who the hell uses brie?)
"American" is a type of cheese ?
Next important study is to see which cheese makes you have the most sex; and what happens when you add onions.

Calling it cheese is a stretch. It is just a flavorless congealed mess of chemicals and low quality milk. Americans seem to like it on everything that should actually have a sharp cheddar on it.
