Just be careful. There are 2 models. The 2012 and the 2013. They look pretty much identical but you want the 2013 obviously.

The Achoo store (old P'sar vietnam) on Mounivong just before Mao Tse Tung has tonnes of selection, like 5 or 6 different brands. I'd hit that up too. I went there last time I bought a phone, and it's easy to compare phones.

I like the Nexus, but anything that can run Cyanogen Mod, I think I would like.

Nexus 7 runs stock Android, which is alot better than the bloatware other brands put on their tablets, but what I really like is Cyanogen Mod and having full freedom to do with the tablet what I like.
