Who'd buy it? For KIR it was an image, man-about-town thing as well as his little soap box/sand pit.

The only people who may benefit from owning it at all would be the advertisers. Perhaps the current crop should all throw in $500 each..

#Transparency is the key IMHO and if that fails, send in The Vlad

Usually businesses are sold with goodwill, built over the years. This is the first business I have seen that comes with badwill built over the years. They can't even say " under new management" to rid themselves of the toxic image, if only one guy leaves. And surely advertisers will be leaving, if they keep up with current events. They probably distrust him anyway, as he outed the Green Vespa for being late with a payment. So they would probably welcome the opportunity to use a better business to advertise on.
He should probably give his shares to the other shareholders for free, for devaluing their investment.

Seeing as he and other shareholders did nothing at all to start, promote or develop the site..... That's high irony indeed.
