Do anybody live here, location looks terrible?

I know the building, I could see it from my house. Interesting design.
The only thing I disliked about Chroy Changvar was the traffic. It was gridlocked most days around rush hour and at weekends. A real bottleneck.

There is a big market near there, lots of food places and the fair ground.

Building is not even close to Chroy Changvar, opposite of town behind St271 in Khan Mean Chey, Steung Mean Chey.

Anata Residence is not located in Chroy Changvar. What OP mentioned in a post is that the developer started their business with the Mekong View buildings (which are all in Chroy Changvar).

As for Anata, I don't really like the location. It seems too crowded around there.
If you check out the developer's projects, it's interesting to see how each new project has fewer and fewer apartment sizes. They started with 100 sqm / 200 sqm apartments at Mekong View 1, and the most recent completed project was The Bliss, with 23 sqm rooms.
