Recent photos of a couple of newish developments around Phnom Penh. The mall on 271 was started about 8 years ago but has never opened. The other is in Chaom Chao. Both are owned by notorious pâté tycoon Thong Sarath. 8)

That's awesome and funny. You see that kind of thing all the time like 6/11, and brand stealing with just a mis spelling.
