This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Its a New Year 2025

Its a new year - a fresh start - How will you press reset and make some positive changes in your life?

I saw the New Years Resolutions thread but decided it should have been called YanSamuth's New Years Resolutions and maybe even moved to Assinine - so I started a new discussion here so it can be more inclusive of community, and less about me.

I dont have any new resolutions, just more of the same. A renewed and continued focus on being mentally physically and financially healthy.

And for me, that means adapting to some big new changes in my life. Some health challenges that need to be resolved, and an unexpected early retirement. Soon, I want to move forward with making a more permanent move to Cambodia and to live within my very modest pension income - but that cant happen before I have some elective surgery and a few months of recovery first.
