Coffee shops

Are there any good coffee shops in the riverfront area of Phnom Penh? Vietnamese style coffee with the condensed milk is what I miss during my visits. Thanks

Pretty sure all these small coffee kiosks make Cà phê sữa đá.

I do not remember 100%, but I think I had a good iced coffee at Pho Clock at the beginning of Street 178. Don't let the fact that they do not know how to spell "Phở" deter you.
