Motorcycle Auxiliary Lights Legal?

Post by rockyboy612 »

I'm considering adding auxiliary lights on my bike because it's simply not bright enough, especially if you wanted to travel to the provinces, So I walked in to a shop around TTP and the actual seller told me it's actually a traffic violation, I go to Orrussey area where they sell stickers and accessories and all they say it doesn't matter.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows if auxiliary lights are allowed?

If you're out in the sticks I don't think anyone is going to care - sure beats sticking CDs on the back of a cart as reflectors.

But I'd consider getting new lights for an old bike. I had an old HD 883 with a dismal light, but easy to swap out to one of those new fangled LED headlights & also update the rear. Those certainly make a huge difference & no questions on legality etc.

Anything that takes you out of the ordinary is probably ill-advised. Especially these days.
