I've lost faith in ABA. Too many fraudulent transactions. I have switched to Maybank. Their app is really good, you get an SMS for each transaction, have KHQRPay and the security features are stronger (alphanumeric password, etc.). They did ask for my rental contract and visa.
CAB is also good. They also have KHQRPay, etc.

Yes 6 or 12 mth Visa EOS is sufficient proof of residency status...as clearly stated on their website....its not "and" lease , employment letter or business license.
